Well What can I start with…… 1st class, We have a caravan near Newton Abbot we have been staying at for years. This season we’ve had problems with the tv signal ( I tried to sort it myself) I called Jas on GOOD FRIDAY!!!!!! Expecting to leave him a voicemail, But no…. He answered the phone and said he could pop round now. We thought he would just come and give us a quote, which he did……. We agreed on the fee and I asked when could you do it, I could start in 3 minutes was his reply. Now if this isn’t absolute 1st class service then I don’t know what is. Thank you Jas

Superb service when a recent storm knocked my satellite dish out of service. He was able to call round quickly despite his having a very busy week. Next day the problem was fixed. Nice to be able to discuss different options too. He’s busy for a reason and that’s because he’s good. Recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks.

Called Jason on 22nd in the evening to ask his advice on no satellite signal after being told by sky they won’t send anyone out for over 2 weeks. Jason then came to my house and sorted problem first thing the next day. Can’t recommend this type of service enough it’s hard to find.

After having BT come and install my WiFi nearly 3 weeks ago iv had absolutely no signal whatsoever coming through my Aerial. After numerous calls to them explaining the situation and after THREE separate engineers coming out to check their work, I was continuously told they haven’t damaged anything and that I either had a dodgy aerial or a needed a new tv. (Worked fine before they arrived) So after being completely messed around and not being able to watch tv for weeks I gave Jason a call. He explained he’d be round as soon as he can as expected he was very busy. I think he turned up after about 20 mins after I hung up the phone. Within 2 minutes he noticed the first problem . In total he found 4 holes in the aerial cable which they had made laying their cable on top of with a stable gun and drilling through the wall damaging it further where I couldn’t see to which they had then covered up with silicone!! I was not expecting for the work to be done there and then, but within half an hour he’d fixed all the cables, neatly filled in all the holes and had my TV working again. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Such quick, reliable service (with a smile which makes a change) at an extremely reasonable price also! Can’t thank him enough. True lifesaver
